Recipe: Honey Vinegar Brine

- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup kosher salt
- ½ cup water
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 teaspoons whole peppercorns
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary (keep whole)
Instructions

Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Note: This recipe makes enough brine for 4 bone-in chicken breasts (2 ½–3 lbs of boneless chicken).
To use:
- When ready to brine, stir 1 ½ cups of water into the prepared brine.
- Pour it over the chicken, cover, and refrigerate.
