Honey Mustard Dressing

This honey mustard is made with raw honey and a blend of Dijon and whole grain mustard. The sweetness balances the tanginess, while the whole grain adds texture and a little extra depth. It’s smooth, bold, and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup raw honey 
  • 1 cup canola oil 
  • 3/4 cup dijon mustard 
  • 1/3 cup whole grain mustard 
  • 1/3 cup champagne vinegar 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 2/3 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
