Recipe: Carrot Ginger Dressing

- 1/3 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/3 tbsp gingerroot
- 1/4 cups carrot, ginger, turmeric juice
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/3 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients except the Greek yogurt together until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and then whisk in the yogurt until smooth, making sure to whisk out any lumps.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
