Recipe: Carrot Ginger Dressing

This recipe is a total flavor powerhouse–think of it as a wellness shot, but in dressing form. The blend of carrots, turmeric, ginger, and Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative if that’s your vibe) is fresh and delicious.

A quick tip: For a perfectly smooth texture, we recommend using a high-speed blender. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/3 tbsp gingerroot
  • 1/4 cups carrot, ginger, turmeric juice
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients except the Greek yogurt together until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and then whisk in the yogurt until smooth, making sure to whisk out any lumps.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
