Fresh Friday Recipe: Walnut Dijon Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is the star of our Walnut Arugula Salad. It adds a nutty, earthy flavor and tang to each bite that complements the sweet grapes, savory grilled chicken, and crunchy walnuts. Like all of our dressings, it’s versatile. If you’re not feeling a salad, drizzle it over grilled vegetables, toss it into a hearty grain bowl, or use it as a marinade for chicken or fish. We know you’ll love it!

Ingredients

  • Champagne vinegar – 3/4 cup
  • Honey – 3 tablespoons
  • Whole Grain mustard – 1/4 cup 
  • Dijon mustard – 1 cup 
  • Walnut oil – 1 1/2 cups
  • Avocado oil – 1/2 cup
  • Kosher salt – 3 teaspoons
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together until fully combined. Taste, then adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
