We start with carrots, onions, and garlic to make a rich fresh tomato sauce. Then we braise beef short ribs and slow cook them in the sauce until they are so tender that they fall apart. Paired with a beautiful wide pappardelle noodle and topped with parsley and parmesan. Green salad on the side.
