Korean Smash Tacos
‘Smash tacos’ refer to the method of cooking for these beef tacos that have so much flavor using one of Korea’s most beloved foods, Gochujang. It is a savory chili paste which is slightly spicy but not overpowering. Spread the meat in a thin layer on the tortilla to cook it, then flip to give the tortilla a nice crust, add a touch of cheese, and fold. Drizzle with a Gochujang sauce and serve with garlicy, toasted sesame cucumbers.
