Birria style tacos have shredded beef slow-cooked with guajillo, ancho, and chipotle chilies, garlic, tomatoes, and aromatic spices. The broth gets pureed into a flavorful consomme (dipping sauce). Served with corn tortillas that you can simply heat or fry in the consomme, chopped onion, cilantro, and a side of lime rice.
